The sending of the order by the Customer is valid as acceptance of the terms existing at that time.

Sales Tax 

All the prices are VAT (value added tax, in Italy is 21%) excluded. If you need to take advantage of your tax exempt status (you live outside European Union or you are a business client provided of European VAT), send us an email.

All trademarks and logos mentioned in this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

Conclusion of the contract

The order submitted by the client through the Internet must be completed in its entirety and must contain the all the data  necessary for identification of the customer, of the products ordered and shipping address, otherwise the order will be canceled. AFRA sas will send to the customer via e-mail, a confirmation receipt containing a reference to the General conditions of sale.

In special circumstances, AFRA sas may not be able to ensure the availability of all products and will not be held liable for the temporary unavailability of one or more products.  AFRA sas will inform the customer promptly of any unavailability of the ordered product and in case of refusal by the customer to proceed with a partial order,  AFRA sas will refund the sums already paid.

General return policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Afra.it within 10 business days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To return the item send us an email (afra@afra.it) , we will reply giving you a number of return. This number must be written on the pack of the item returned. We will inspect and check good conditions of the goods returned. Please send the parts free of any charges and goods without value. Items must be returned to AFRA sas via Carducci 36/38 – 20019 Settimo Milanese ITALY

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us via email (afra@afra.it) a request for replacement. In any case the original item must be returned and once received it we will be shipped the replacement.

Please note that it takes us 5 to 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). The refund will be made either on your credit card or bank account.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION

Any dispute relating to consumers, however, linked to the present general conditions, will be regulated by the Court of Milan.
